CRIME NO.0338 OF 2019.

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.No.14791 of 2020 dated 28.09.2020 in Crime No.0338 of 2020 pending investigation on the file of the Respondent Police Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. H.RAJASEKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.

BALAMURUGANE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR [PONDICHERRY] on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition in para 7(c) on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14791 of 2020 dated 28.09.2020. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14791 of 2020 dated 28.09.2020.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition in para 7(c) already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14791 of 2020 dated 28.09.2020, is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
