ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.4259 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.29961 of 2024 dated 10.03.2025, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has not regularly appearing and some times is absenting himself.

3. Considering the said submission, the period in which the petitioner has complied the condition imposed by this Court in in Crl.MP.No.4259 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.29961 of 2024 dated 10.03.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
