ORDER

1. This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to set aside the order dated 17.12.2020 made in Crl.M.P.No.14250 of 2020 in Cr.No.385 of 2017 on the file of learned Metropolitan Magistrate, CCB & CBCID, Egmore.

2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in view of the award passed in the arbitration proceedings, the quash petition is pending and depending on the outcome of the quash petition, liberty may be given to renew this revision. Therefore, this criminal revision case is dismissed with liberty to file fresh petition, if the petitioner choses to do so, after the decision in the quash petition.
