subsistence allowance.

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents especially directing the first respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 14.05.2012 in the light of his earlier proceedings made in Letter No.69018/TAC/2010 dated 28.12.2011 declaring that the proceedings of the second respondent made in Rc.No.1622/2009(A1) dated 07.10.2009, placing the petitioner under suspension for the second time, that too without having any subsistence allowance, and the of vexatious and vague nature of allegations with malice and with ulterior motive by way of charge memo made in Na.Ka.No.1622/09(Aa1) dated 30.11.2009 and with direction to clear the arrears of salary together with subsistence allowance. 2/4

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that while pending this writ petition, order has been passed and dismissed the petitioner from service.

Therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is always at liberty to challenge the order of dismissal in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
