ORDER

[Order of the court was made by Justice M.M.SUNDRESH] Petitioner is father of the detenue seeks her custody, has filed the present petition.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor submits that the detenue has been secured on 23.10.2020, however, the petitioner did not take her back. At present, the detenue is living with her grandmother.

3. Such view of the matter, we are not inclined to pass https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

any further orders. As the detenue is a minor, she is at liberty to live with her grandmother with whom she is living now.

4. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of. However, we make it clear that the petitioner is always at liberty to take back the detenue.
