ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.) This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to produce the petitioner's daughter Jenifer, aged about 25 years, before this Court and set her at liberty forthwith.

2. No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. The detenue is present today and when enquired, she stated that she has married the second respondent and also produced the proof of marriage. Since the detenu is aged about 25 years and that she is not under the illegal custody of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

second respondent, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to issue Habeas Corpus. Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed.
