Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the resolution passed by the first respondent in item No.164/2008 dated 25.06.2008 in proceedings No. Na.Ka.16485/2005/B9/Kovai dated 14.08.2008 and to quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to allow the petitioner to continue his tenure as Muthawalli of Poorviga Pallivasal, Udumalaipettai Town, Kovai District.
