2. This Court vide its order dated 17.02.2022 has allowed the revision on condition that the revision petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- directly to the respondent on or before 28.02.2022.

3. Pursuant to the same, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that the revision petitioner had made the payment to the respondent on 25.02.2022, and that the orders of the Court has been complied with. He has also filed a memo.

4. In view of the above, it is recorded that the conditional order passed by this Court in the present revision, has been complied with.
