ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to sub divide the property, morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition and thereafter, issue separate patta in the name of the petitioner for the sub divided property, based on the online application dated 09.12.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

3.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's online application, as stated supra, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners, if any and any other third party whom the third respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's online application.

5.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's online application dated 09.12.2025 seeking for sub division of the property, morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition and for issuance of patta in his favour, after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners, if any and also any other third party whom the third respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected WMP is closed. No costs.
