ORDER

The alleging of non-transparency of the Performance Appraisal Scheme, the petitioner seeks for quashing of the letter of the respondent Corporation, in connection with the Performance Management System.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a similar issue in Writ Appeal No.1544 of 2011, came to be closed by recording the statement of the Union that since the respondent Corporation intends to bring a new scheme touching upon the Performance Management System of that company, they can workout their remedies in accordance with the new scheme. respondent Corporation.

3. As such, no effective orders can be passed here, in view of the earlier order of the Hon'ble Division Bench.
