When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, some mistakes have crept in the affidavit and prayer and he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh case.
2.Therefore, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty to the petitioner for filing a fresh case. No costs.
