This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.26074 of 2021 dated 05.01.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
