ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.,] The above petition has been filed by the petitioner/husband of the detenue, to cause production of his wife, Poongodi, aged about 32 years, who is said to be in the illegal custody of the 3rd respondent herein, before this Court and to set her at liberty.

Today, on the special mention of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the police have secured the detenue Poongodi, the matter is taken up for hearing out of turn. It is the case of the petitioner that his wife Poongodi, aged about 32 years, went missing on 30.10.2015, in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

connection with which, a petition enquiry in CSR.No.133/2015 is pending.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. The detenue was secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police. The petitioner is also present. On enquiry, the detenue has stated that she had gone on her own volition and that now, she would like to join her husband.
