This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents Police not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry based on the complaint given by 4th respondent in SPGP/114/2021 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Anti Land Grabbing Cell, District Crime Branch, Cuddalore.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint given by one Ramalingam, petition enquiry was conducted in C.P.No.114/2021 on 20.01.2021 and the same was closed and since the matter pertains to civil dispute, the parties were directed to approach the Civil Court. 3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
