PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or directions in the nature of writ, calling for the records relating to the order passed by the third respondent in No.Nil dated 31.05.2004 and quash the same and direct the respondents to confer all the consequential benefits.

O R D E R

As against the termination order passed by the 3rd respondent herein, a revision alone is maintainable, in view of the Judgement of a larger Bench of this Court reported in 2006

(4) CTC 689 in the case of K.Marappan vs Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Namakkal and another).

2. In view of the same, the present writ petition is disposed of, with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority, under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Societies Act. On receipt of such a revision, the revisional authorities shall dispose of the same on its own merits, subject to the law of limitation.

3. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
