PRAYER IN W.P.NO.23669 OF 2008: The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to forthwith give equal treatment to the petitioners on par with the candidates who have studied B.Sc (Physics) and B.Sc (Chemistry) in making appointment to the post of B.T.Assistant (Science) by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 04.08.2008.

PRAYER IN W.P.NO.23851 OF 2008: The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the order of the first respondent dated 02.05.1997 in G.O.(ID) No.43, School Education (M2) Department and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to forthwith

give equal treatment to the petitioner on par with the candidates who have studied B.Sc., (Physics) and B.Sc., (Chemistry) in making appointment to the post of B.T.Assistant (Science).
