PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus after calling for the records of the second respondent Labour Court relating to the Award No.54 of 2001 dated 24.02.2004, quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to grant consequential benefits together with interest at 12% p.a from 30.06.2000 to the petitioner, consequent upon petitioner's retirement with effect from 30.06.2000.
