O R D E R

The order of suspension, dated 14.06.2004 is under challenge in the present Writ Petition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that the Writ Petitioner attained the age of superannuation. In such circumstances, the competent authority would have passed the revised order on the date of retirement. Hence, the present impugned order of suspension deserves no further adjudication. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
