ORDER

This petition is filed for the following relief: "To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, call for records pertaining to the order dated 15.07.2021 passed by the second respondent in Approval Petition No. 61 of 2021 and quash the same, consequently direct the second respondent to approve the order of the petitioner dated 08.02.2021."

2. The petitioner-Management has agreed to the request of the respondent-workman made in his affidavit dated 05.05.2025 by passing the following resolution.

Since this order has been pronounced in the presence of the learned Special Government Pleader and the learned counsel for the petitioner, the 2nd respondent shall not await for the issuance of the order copy. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
