Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the third respondent culminating in his Circulation in D.C.No.61/2010-2011 dated 06.05.2010 and quash the same as illegal and to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue in the post of Principal of the AVC College, Mayiladuturai till 31.05.2010 by not according approval to the impugned Circulation dated 06.05.2010 issued by the third respondent.
