The Writ Petition is filed calling for the records of the 1st respondent in Proceeding No.51068-1/ET4/10/HO/dated 24.02.2010 by selecting and appointing the respondents 4 to 10 above named and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 & 3 to consider the petitioner for appointment as Assistant Hydrogeologist with all consequential service benefits.

3.When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, petitioner was dead and therefore, nothing survives in this Writ Petition.
