This application has been filed by the applicant for extending the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal to pass an Award by six months commencing from 13.12.2023.

2. Mr.S.Mohanasundararajan, learned counsel appears on behalf of the respondent and submits that the respondent has no objection for allowing this application.

3. Recording the same and being satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application for extending the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal in the arbitration proceedings is allowed.

4. Accordingly, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal, to pass an Award is extended by a period of six months commencing from 13.12.2023. 05.02.2024 arb 1/3
