2. As the survey number that is the subject matter of captioned writ petition is also subject matter of order dated 12.01.2024 in W.P.No.30153 of 2023 made by another Hon'ble Division Bench, learned counsel made a Page Nos.3/6

request to preserve all the rights and contentions of the writ petitioner to pursue / take further proceedings pursuant to order dated 12.01.2024 in W.P.No.30153 of 2023. This request is acceded to.

3. In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn/closed albeit with preservation of rights in the aforesaid manner.
