ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to issue online patta to the petitioner for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner had already obtained manual patta for the subject property, and she seeks for issuance of online patta for the very same property. The petitioner had submitted a representation dated 10.01.2026 with the respondents for the said purpose. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if the aforesaid representation of the petitioner is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation dated 10.01.2026 seeking for issuance of online patta in her favour, for the subject property, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this

order. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner. No Costs.
