ORDER

The wife, who is the respondent in HMOP No.222 of 2023 pending on the file of Family Court, Thiruvallur, is the petitioner herein, seeking transfer of the said proceedings to I Additional Family Court, Chennai to be tried with M.C.No.32 of 2024.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent/husband fairly submits that the respondent has no serious objection to try HMOP No.222 of 2023 along with 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Tr.C.M.P.No.139 of 2024 P.B.BALAJI.,J sr M.C.No.32 of 2024 which is pending before I Additional Family Court, Chennai.

3. In view of the above, Tr.C.M.P.No.139 of 2024 is allowed and HMOP No.222 of 2023 is withdrawn from the file of Family Court, Thiruvallur and transferred to I Additional Family Court, Chennai to be tried along with M.C.No.32 of 2024.

4. The Family Court, Thiruvallur is directed to transfer the entire records relating to HMOP No.222 of 2023 to I Additional Family Court, Chennai forthwith.
