Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records relating to the I.D.No.11/1996 on the file of Principal Labour Court, Chennai and to quash the award dated 15.12.2003 and to direct the respondent management to pay the back wages and other benefits for the period of non-employment and to pay the retirement benefits and consequential benefits to the petitioner.
