This petition is filed to condone the delay of 478 days in filing the above said appeal.

2.Though notice was served on the respondents 1 and 2 and their names are printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of them either in person or through counsel.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit filed for condonation, the delay of 478 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
