Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to take action based upon the notice issued in Na.Ka.4814/2018 dated 20.06.2018 on the file of the 1st respondent and to remove the name of the deceased Jayaraman in patta and chitta bearing No.1482 in respect of the property in R.S.No.565/1 and patta bearing No.182 in respect of property in R.S.No.568/2A of Velli Thiruppur Village, Anthiyur Taluk.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2018, the 2nd respondent has not passed any order so far. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties within a time frame.
5.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
