ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent/The Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Adayar, Chennai - 600 020, to take further action based on the petitioner's complaint dated 16.09.2019.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, C.S.R.No.116 of 2019 was issued and after preliminary enquiry was conducted, the petitioner's complaint was closed on 24.09.2019.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that no intimation has been received by the petitioner with regard to the closure report of her complaint.
4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The second respondent is directed to send intimation to the petitioner by RPAD within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
