ORDER

The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition seeks transfer of MC.No.47 of

2021 from the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur to be heard and disposed of along with IDOP.No.3902 of 2023 pending on the file of the VII Additional Family Court at Chennai.

2. Mr.Rajkumar, learned counsel for the respondent/wife states that he has no objection for the transfer.

3. Taking into consideration the no objection tendered by the learned counsel as well as the fact that IDOP is already pending before the Family Court at Chennai, I am inclined to withdraw MC.No.47 of 2021 from the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur to be heard and disposed of along with IDOP.No.3902 of 2023 pending on the file of the VII Additional Family Court at Chennai.

4. Accordingly, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 08.04.2024 nl
