This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.257 of 2016 on the file of the first respondent registered for the offences U/s.147, 379 and 506(i) of IPC, as against the petitioner. 2.

The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent / police submitted that after completing investigation in crime No.257 of 2016 on the file of the first respondent, final report was filed, which was taken cognizance by the court concerned.
