Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 2nd respondent in connection with the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.3416/T1/2013 dated 01.03.2017 and quash the same as far as it stipulates the condition of passing TET April, 2017 as last chance to continue in service and direct the respondents 1 and 2 to permit the petitioner to continue in service peacefully.
