Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondent to furnish a copy of the forensic science department report regarding the signature and thumb impression comparison of Late Palani in respect of the crime No.6 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police within a stipulated time fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to furnish a copy of the forensic science department report regarding the signature and thumb impression comparison of Late Palani in respect of the crime No.6 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. It is seen that earlier this Court had passed an interim order on 28.01.2019 directing the respondent police to inform this Court regarding the documents filed along with the final report, and it is reported today that Forensic Science Department Report dated 13.08.2015 was filed along with the final report.

3. Considering the above, this Court is inclined to allow the prayer sought for by the petitioner as such the respondent is directed to furnish a copy of Forensic Science Department Report regarding the signature and thumb impression comparison https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of (Late) Palani in respect of Crime No.6 of 2014 on the file of the respondent Police within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
