This application has been filed by the applicants seeking to condone the delay of 562 days in filing the written statement of D1 and adoption memo of D2 in C.S.No.76 of 2024 and take the Written Statement of record.

2.Considering the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this application, and in order to afford an opportunity to the applicant, this application stands allowed.
