PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, or order or direction more in the nature of a Writ calling for the records of the fourth respondent in F.No.601/6401/128,129 and 143/2002-DBK dated 28.05.2004, quash the same and direct the fourth respondent to pay the Duty Drawback claimed by the petitioner.

The prayer in the Writ Petition is to call for the records of the fourth respondent in F.No.601/6401/128,129 and 143/2002DBK dated 28.05.2004, quash the same and direct the fourth respondent to pay the Duty Drawback claimed by the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer in the Writ Petition has become infructuous and as such, he may be permitted to withdraw the present Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
