O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 31.01.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner had given a complaint dated 31.01.2014 alleging that her husband Selvakumaran went missing. On enquiry, it was found that the said Selvakumaran is an accused in Crime No.14 of 2014 on the file of the District Crime Branch, Villupuram for offences under Section 465, 477[A] and 420 IPC. Learned Government Advocate further submits that the petitioner's husband was also arrested in the said case.

Recording the same, this petition is closed.
