Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the respondent in his proceedings No.A-2.1333/2009, dated 19.3.2010 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service with all back wages and attendant benefits.

Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the respondent in his

proceedings No.A-2.2175/2009, dated 19.3.2010 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service with all back wages and attendant benefits.

Mrs.Y.Kavitha Government Counsel COMMON ORDER This Court vide order dated 20.11.2024 directed the petitioner to comply with the requirements of the Registry, including payment of Batta by 20.12.2014 and file proof of compliance by 02.01.2025. However, the Registry note dated 22.01.2025 clearly indicates that the petitioner has not complied the office objection.

2. This Court, by the aforesaid order, while granting time to the petitioner to comply with the office objections, further noted that in the event of failure to comply with the office objections, the writ petitions shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.

3. In view of the above, since, the petitioner as not complied with the office objections within the time granted by this Court, the writ petitions are automatically stood dismissed to the extent of the respondent. No costs.

Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.

4. Registry is directed to delete the writ petitions from the pendency list of this Court.
