Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in the case has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Madhavaram, in C.C.No.594 of 2020 and the case is posted for hearing on 22.02.2024. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
