..Respondent(s) Prayer: This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of Mandamus forbearing the fourth respondent Corporation from plying the vehicle bearing Registration No.TN 33/N-1220 which are covering my sector between Kodumudi and Tiruppur just ahead of the petitioner's bus bearing Registration No.TN-33/P6220 plying on the route Kodumudi to Tiruppur without obtaining permit and without convening the fixation of timings by the respondents 1 and 2 herein without giving opportunity

ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent.
