O R D E R

Both the writ petitions have been filed to quash the notice dated 11.08.2009 issued by the respondent, whereby, the petitioners were directed to evict the possession occupied by them as lessees.

2.However, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioners restricted the relief sought for herein to the extent of permitting the petitioners to approach the respondent with a fresh representation to ventilate their grievances, for which, the learned counsel for the respondent has no serious objection.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions now made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court permits the petitioners to submit a fresh representation to the respondent within a period of three https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such submission, the respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks thereafter.

4.Accordingly, both the writ petitions stand disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
