This petition is filed to call for the records in D.V.A.No.17 of 2016 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court VI at Coimbatore and quash all further proceeding as against the petitioner.

When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that D.V.A.No.17 of 2016 was disposed on 11.10.2021 by the learned Special Court, Coimbatore. 3.

In view of the disposal of the D.V.A.No.17 of 2016, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
