O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a F.I.R based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated on 22.02.2018.
2. This Court is of the view that such a blanket direction cannot be granted. Even when the complaint discloses that a cognizable offence is made out, still the complainant can avail other remedies as available for the petitioner as per Section 154 of Cr.P.C and to file a private complaint.
3. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to pass such a blanket direction. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
