For petitioner in all WP's : Mr.P.Rajendran For Respondents in all WP's : Mr.Syed Mustafa, Special Government Pleader COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed praying for direction to the First respondent to grant approval of the Petitioners' appointments in the second Respondent Schools and to grant them all consequential benefits within a time limit to be stipulated by this court.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that all the petitioners are teaching and non teaching staff and they were appointed by the second respondents private management. Proposals were sent by the
second respondents to the first respondent for approval of the petitioners' appointments. Even thereafter, no order was passed. Hence, the respective petitioners submitted representation on different dates. However, no order has been passed so far. Hence, these writ petitions have been filed.

Though very many grounds have been raised in these writ petitions, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that, it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioners' representations dated 20.12.2025, 28.11.2025 and 15.11.2025 respectively, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representations of the petitioners will be considered and passed orders within the time stipulated by this Court.

In view of the above submission, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the cases, directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioners' representations dated 20.12.2025, 28.11.2025 and 15.11.2025 respectively, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders,
within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioners.
6. With the above direction, all the Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
