ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Recording his statement and the endorsement, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, interim order stands vacated and the W.P.M.P.Nos.24038, 24039 of 2004 and W.V.M.P.Nos.1707, 1708 of 2004 are also dismissed. No costs.
