The challenge in this writ petition is the suspension order passed in C.No. 131/14069/2008 (R.O.No.386/2008) dated 19.08.2008.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Civil) side, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous as nothing survives for adjudication.
