This application is listed at the behest of the office of the Official Liquidator in respect of the company under provisional liquidation in C.P.No.54 of 2015.

2. The learned Deputy Official Liquidator has drawn attention to the report of the Official Liquidator dated 08.02.2024 in so far C.A.No.790 of 2015 is concerned. The learned Deputy Official Liquidator would submit that the Directors have so far complied and have filed statement of affairs and submitted the documents that were available to them, and steps are being taken to sell the assets of the company under provisional liquidator.

3. It is therefore submitted so far about 90,000 claims have also been so far received from various creditors.

4. The learned counsel for the applicant therefore submits that the application may be closed. However, Directors of the company are directed to co-operate with the Official Liquidator.

5. Recording the above submission, this Company Application is closed with a direction to the Directors of the company to co-operate with the office of the Official Liquidator.
