This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.27050 of 2022 on 25.11.2022 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, until further orders and the third petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
