records pertaining to the order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings Rc.No.A1/1952/2010 dated 30.04.2010 and quash the same in so far as the appointment of the 4th respondent as Deputy Head of Department of Maths is concerned and direct the respondents to designate the petitioner as Deputy Head of Department and confer all the consequential benefits.
