(CRIME NO.387 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the condition that the petitioner shall deposit two lakhs within three weeks from today in order dated 12.01.2022 made in Crl.O.P.No.981 of 2022 for a further period of Two weeks to deposit the said sum and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SREERANGAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. Memo has been filed stating that the conditions imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.OP.No.981 of 2022 dated 12.01.2022 was complied with. In order to substantiate the same, a copy of the receipt issued by the learned XIV Metropolitan Magistrate Court is annexed with the memo.
