The order under challenge in the present Writ Petition is sustaining the petitioner from his service. Today when the matter was called, the learned Government Advocate submitted that pending the Writ Petition, the petitioner was dismissed from his services on 20.12.2014. As such, the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
2. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
